Update on www.myhivelog.org 0.83
Hi everyone who uses www.myhivelog.org; here are the latest updates on the Hivelog program 0.83.
We have updated:
Queen history. In our old version, when you deleted a queen, the queen information disappeared. We have now included an extra “add” button so that the history of the queen is now saved and you can compare queens over years.
“Hive checked” is a new button, a request from beekeepers. You can find this button under the hivelog menu: CONTROL. The purpose of this button is simple. It means: “You have been at the colony and checked it but did not do any additional activities”. So, you could call it the: “I was there button”.
An extra empty field under VARROA. Within ‘varroa’ there are so many kinds of varroa treatment that we felt it necessary to add two empty buttons. These you can define yourself, for instance, your local method of varroa treatment. Queen caging has been added as well.
Language: The Hivelog program is now translated into German, so to date we have 7 languages in all.
Queen colour in OVERVIEW. For some reason, the queen colour did not get printed out when you made a print of the overview page. Bug fixed now.
Add hive. Another bug we found was that in some cases when you added a hive, it was added twice. Bug fixed now.
New instruction video. Explore www.myhivelog.org on the homepage. The new instructions videos can be seen on the links below.
